The program creates a special folder (My Dropbox) and all files that are placed in the folder are automatically synchronized with your online Dropbox account. If you install Dropbox on multiple computers (e.g. Home, Office, Netbook etc.) your files can be automatically synchronized across all your computers. Once you installed the software, simply drop your files into your Dropbox folder and the rest is done automatically. . It also offers built-in version control, allowing you to undo changes or restore deleted files. The service is free to user with up to 2GB of online storage, affordable upgrade plans are available for those who need more storage.
