Secure it Easy enables you to manage the use of portable storage devices (USB drives, memory cards etc.) on your computer and prevent unauthorized devices from being accessed, thereby eliminating the risk of data theft or virus infection via external drives. The program provides an easy to use interface that shows a list of all currently connected devices and allows you to grant access permission for each drive (by default, all devices are blocked). If any storage device is connected that has not been granted access, the device is blocked and a message displayed from the system tray. You can also choose to send an email notification each time an unauthorized device is connected. In addition to access control, Secure it Easy can also maintain a detailed log of all device usage, including the names of files that were accessed and users who were using a particular device.
