Gigaget is a download manager that is designed to improve your download speeds by up to 10 times by utilizing multi-threading and `Net Grid` technology. You can organize your downloaded files into custom categories and folders for easy management and also pause/resume your ongoing downloads. The program can be integrated with most popular browsers and also offers a drop basket as an alternative, that allows you to drag and drop file links from any application. Other features include batch import of URLs, customizable disk caching, support for multiple proxy servers, integration with third party virus scanners and more.
