XnView is a program for viewing and converting your graphics files. It supports more than 200 graphics formats and offers many additional features. You can apply filters and effects to your images, import from a twain source (scanner, camera) or use the thumbnail picture browser to explore your image collection. Xnview`s strongest feature is the support for a huge amount of file formats, and the option to convert among them, as well as compatibility with Photoshop plug-ins. It also offers many other features, including customizable screen layout, screen capture, slide show and much more. You can also create web pages from your images, create contact sheets, generate file listings and manage your file by move and copy. Xnview is a well established and feature packed imaging tool.

JDVoiceMail is an easy to use application that lets you record and send voice mail messages, using your default email program (Outlook, Outlook Express etc.). It creates compressed .wav files using DSP True Speech, GSM 6.10 or LAME codecs, and can achieve file sizes of about 30kb (using a 30 second message as an example). The receiver does not need to install any software and can listen to the message with Windows Media Player or any other audio player. The interface is straightforward and easy to use with standard playback controls. The audio message can be automatically attached to a new email message or saved to disk. Other features include a customizable subject line and body text, a photo address book, as well a codec selection and recording controls.

It offers a circular/elliptical eye selection tool that you can use to mark the area of the eye that you want to correct, and clicking on `Fix red eye` will replace the red with dark color. You can fine-tune the results based on the eye color of the subject and also adjust the pupil and eye brightness if needed. S10 RedEyes uses smooth pixel blending and maintains natural reflections within the pupil. For severe cases, it also includes an eye replacement tool.

PC TimeWatch can also restrict access to the computer in the same way, allowing you to set times at which the computer can be used. The program uses a service and on a set of drivers, so it will be running at all times, and includes several measures to prevent tampering.
