Open Source vector graphics editor Inkscape is an Open Source vector graphics editor, with capabilities similar to Illustrator, CorelDraw, or Xara X, using the W3C standard Scalable Vector Graphics (SVG) file format. It offers a wide array of basic vector graphics editing capabilities that enable you to create web graphics, technical diagrams, icons, creative art, logos, maps, and other illustrations. Among many other things, Inkscape supports layers, charts & graphs, shapes, paths, text, markers, clones, alpha blending, transforms, gradients, patterns, and object grouping.
