OpenWith Enhanced

OpenWith Enhanced is a replacement for the standard Windows "Open with..." dialog. Instead of just showing the standard list of installed applications, the program uses a user driven database that shows the most suitable installed program as well as program suggestions based on what other users are using to open the file format. The program is particularly useful for novice users that are not sure which program to use to open a certain file. It not only helps you pick a suitable application but also provides links to an online database from where you can download applications that handle the file format.
