Hexonic PDF Split and Merge allows you to easily merge mulitple PDF files into a single document. You can choose to merge all pages or only a selected page range from each document. In addition to merging files, the program can also split PDF files and output each page as a single document. Other features include and option to add a custom page footer, 2-pages-on-one output, customizable image compression and image to PDF conversion.
