Timed Shutdown

Timed Shutdown is a simple program that can be used to automatically shutdown or reboot your computer at a specific time and date or after a countdown timer has elapsed. The program runs in the system tray and will give you warning message with an option to abort, shortly before it performs a pending shutdown action. Timed Shutdown can also be run from the command line.
