Docsvault Small Business Edition is a server/client based document management software that enables you to store your company`s important documents in a central repository, organize them into cabinets and folders, track changes via audit trails and version history, burn selected documents to CD/DVD and more. You can import paper documents directly from your scanner and automatically convert the scanned document to PDF, TIFF or other digital formats. The included OCR capabilities allow you to convert scanned documents directly to editable PDF files. Users can create/share documents from one central place enabling efficient collaboration throughout the office. Other features include a built-in PDF editor, document thumbnail view, task manager with reminders and linked documents, integrated document search engine, backup/restore, MS Office integration, version control and much more.
