ServersCheck Monitoring is a tool for monitoring, reporting and alerting on network and systems availability. It can monitor devices, using any TCP Port (HTTP, HTTPS, FTP, NNTP, POP3, SMTP, VNC, DNS, etc.) and also perform database checks (ODBC, Oracle, MySQL), trap SNMP values (disk space, free memory, CPU usage etc.), verify content served from a web server and check Windows services and process availability. In addition to regular network devices, the program can also can monitor environmental devices like temperature, humidity, flooding. ServersCheck Monitoring Software runs as a local service and is administrated via a browser based interface that provides statistical graphs. The alert options include notifications via email, SMS or MSN as well as sound alerts and command executions. Unlike many other monitoring tools, ServersCheck can alert you of an issue even when your network is down by using and optional hardware GSM modem (sold separately), which sends out alerts via SMS. Free to use with up to 10 monitors.
