Gdow is an email notification tool that alerts you when there are new messages in your Gmail account. It shows a small preview of the messages from the system tray and allows you to perform most Gmail management actions, including archiving, stars, send to spam and message deletion. Gdow also provides the option to create and send new messages or to reply to messages directly from the preview dialog. The program provides a simple interface to send new messages or replies without the need to open the Gmail browser interface. It also allows you to access your Gmail address book and you can easily attach files via drag and drop. Other features include optional sound notification, a customizable notification dialog and more. Standalone software, no installation required.
