Free Screen To Video is a screen capture tool that enables you to record desktop activity and save it as video file in Flash (FLV,SWF), AVI or WMV format. You can choose to capture the entire screen, a selected area on your desktop or only a specific window, and also configure the video quality, including frame rate, video size and more. If you have a microphone connected to your PC, you can optionally include an audio narration as well. The program is easy to use, you just have to select the format that you want to record to, select a capture mode and click a button.
